Thursday 13 th December 2012

This crust for pies is a little bit delicate because it can break into crumbs easily. The Kitul syrup is used to replace eggs, and gives the sweet taste.

gluten-free, dairy-free, eggs-free, nuts-free, whtite sugar-free

Ingredients (for 5 crusts):

220 gr rice flour

Work with your hands flour with butter until you get a sandy mix.

Make a ball and spread with a rolling pin.

Grase the molds for pies and make the forms with molds.

Put the mix into the molds and bake for 10-14 minutes.
